Year 12 Chapel
On Friday last week, the whole school was privileged to have our Year 12 student leaders rostered on to host Chapel. Not only did they lead the service in prayer, but they also prepared and led the worship and shared the message. A heartfelt thank you to the Year 12 class for hosting such a meaningful and engaging whole school Chapel. Your leadership in sharing the message of forgiveness through the powerful story of Joseph and his brothers was truly commendable.
The play, written by one of your own classmates and performed by the entire class, was hilarious, engaging, and brought the story of forgiveness to life in a way that both Junior School and Senior School students could easily relate to. Special thanks to Lachlan and Josiah for leading us in praise and worship so beautifully, setting a reflective and reverent tone for the service.
We also greatly appreciate Mrs Zeunert’s wonderful support in helping bring Pharaoh, Pharaoh to life! Well done to the entire class for your thoughtful preparation and for sharing such an important message with the school community.
The whole audience agreed that the Year 12 class did an outstanding job, and we look forward to having you host a whole school Chapel again in Term 3!

VCE Business Management
Unit 1/2
As part of the Unit 1 Business Management course, the students were required to develop a hypothetical business and explain a range of factors that they would need to consider in the planning stages.
Factors such as product design, business type and structure, location, and external factors such as competitors, customers, legal, global and technological developments were discussed.
Here we see Nathan R's (Year 10) product, which he took the extra step of actually making his canopy storage slider and presenting to the class. Great stuff Nathan!
Unit 3/4
Last week, the Unit 3/4 Business Management class participated in a field trip to the Bega factory in Koroit.
After learning all about the theory of operations management in class, the students were able to see first hand what the practical side of this important management function looks like.
We were led around the factory and discussed topics such as quality control, materials management, use of technology and corporate social responsibility.

VCE VM
On Tuesday 10th June, the VCE VM class participated in a field trip to AquaZone.
We were guided around the facility by the Health and Fitness team leader and our students were able to gain a deeper understanding of the different career pathways in the fitness industry.
Transferable skills were discussed along with the different training options available in our local area.
