Principal's Page

Dear Families,
At our school, the values of respect, teamwork, honesty, and learning form the foundation of everything we do. Respect helps us create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Teamwork teaches us to collaborate, support one another, and celebrate our diverse strengths. Honesty builds trust and encourages us to take responsibility for our actions. And learning, at the heart of our mission, inspires curiosity, growth, and a lifelong love of knowledge. Together, these values guide our students not only to succeed academically, but to grow into kind, thoughtful, and capable individuals.
We have reached the half-way point of the year and a lot has been achieved. Some of students' highlights from the term include:
Kaiden: Doing Maths
Chloe: Whole school production practice
Kirra: NED's Resilience Ride Incursion
Zara: Bike Ed
Sigi: Darwin's Dragon's Diorama

Frankie: Girls Football Day
Saoirse: Mitch Tambo Incursion

Student Semester One Reports
Student Semester Reports can now be accessed via the nForma app. If you require assistance in accessing your child's report, please contact the office. Please make an appointment to discuss your child's report if you have any questions regarding the report.
NED
We recently hosted a school event called NED's Resiliency Ride. NED yo yos are no longer available for purchase to support the free show and message. If your child has already purchased a yoyo, here is an important link to help them get off to a good start with proper string length adjustment, click here. Additionally, here are a couple of follow up home resources from The NED Show website. You may want to use these with your child as they are designed to go hand in hand with the programme. The NED PledgeChampion Choices. If you'd like additional resources, they are available here. Don’t forget to ask your child what they learned in the show about Never giving up, Encouraging others and Doing your best! Educating together!
Staff on leave
We have several staff who are taking long service leave at the beginning of next term. We wish Jane, Megan, Jenny, Kim, Nick and Emma safe travels and look forward to hearing all about their adventures. We are fortunate that with team teaching and part-time staff replacing staff, that students know the teachers and Learning Support Officers and there is no disruption to learning.
