Principal's Message
Kerry Manders
Dear Parents and Carers,
We finished the term with a magnificent evening at the Year 12 Celebration Dinner, and what a remarkable event it was!
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our Year 12 students on the glamour, sophistication, and elegance they brought to the event. Additionally, I would like to thank our dedicated staff who worked tirelessly to ensure the event was a great success.
I firmly believe the night was a true reflection on the partnerships that shine brightly between parents/carers, students, and teaching staff across all year levels at the college.
I spoke with the Board earlier in the year about the hallmarks of being in partnership at
St Mary’s Catholic College. At last night’s event, it was clear to all that our college community is certainly committed to working in partnership, which is defined by our three values:
As we head into the break, I would like to thank all our committed parents and carers, members of staff and students for their continued support to working in partnership with the college. Navigating the secondary school landscape can be complex at times, together though, with FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE in our hearts, we will continue to achieve exceptional outcomes for our college community.
I wish all students a relaxing break and look forward to seeing refreshed faces ready to take on Term 4 from Tuesday October 3, 2023.
REMINDER:
At present, we have students remaining on campus after 1:30PM on Thursday afternoons. Please remind your child/children that all students remaining on campus after 1:30pm on Thursday afternoons are to move directly to the library as all other college facilities become out of bounds after this time. Thank you for your continued support with this matter.
God bless,
Ms Kerry Manders
