Welcome to Term 4!!

Once again, we have a busy term ahead filled with lots of learning and events leading up to Christmas! Yes, Christmas...only 82 days away!!

Till then we have already celebrated our Patron Saint's Feast Day - St Therese's Whole School Mass on Wednesday 4th October. The students were involved in class activities throughout the day and received any icy pole at lunchtime. Thank you to those who were able to join us for this liturgical celebration.

Our St Therese celebrations will extend to Friday 6th October whereby we will have Andrew Chinn, liturgical singer and song writer, visiting our school to conduct workshops with the children throughout the day. I would like to extend an invitation to all parents, carers and extended family and friends to join us in the school hall at 2:20p.m for the Whole School Concert that Andrew will be leading with our students. Hope to see you there!

On another note, parents and carers have asked for more opportunities to attend Volunteer Induction Workshops, allowing them to attend the many excursions and class activities this term. Consequently, I have scheduled Volunteer Induction Workshops on the following dates:

• Thursday 5th October 9:10am
• Thursday 5th October 3:00pm
• Monday 9th October 9:10am
• Monday 9th October 3:00p.m

Please ensure you have a current WWCC and you bring it along on the day of the workshop.
