Manly Jazz Festival – belated thanks to Mr Geoff Power and the Senior Jazz Ensemble for their outstanding performance at the Manly Jazz Festival. It was a terrific way to kick off the holidays and they certainly did the college proud. Well done boys!
PAPA meeting – thank you to Gabe Donleavy (President), Barnaby Rands (Treasurer), and the committee members who were able to attend our final meeting for the year on Monday night. PAPA provide wonderful support to the Performing Arts here at the college and has some excellent fundraising ideas for 2024. Stay tuned!
Upcoming Performing Arts dates:
- Week 3, 26 October – Senior Leaders' Investiture – Senior Concert Band
- Week 4, 30 October - Performing Arts Festival week. This is a series of private tuition instrumental concerts and drama ensemble performances. Dates to be provided.
- Week 6 – Friday, 17 October – Christmas Twilight Concert 5:00 pm.
- Week 7 - Tuesday 21 November - Junior School sports Awards in the college gym - Junior School Concert Band

Performing Arts Festival
St Pius X College’s annual Performing Arts Festival will occur in Weeks 4 and 5 of this term. Below are the details of each tutor’s concert. Family and friends are invited to attend. Thank you for your ongoing support of your son’s musical development.
