Attendance Matters

2024 goal is to decrease the average number of absence days per student to 20.

As stated in the iNewsletter issued Term 3 Week 9, we would like to share with you the complete Term 3 Attendance Wrap Up & the Attendance Wrap Up of the year so far.

We thank our families for continually being conscious of the time students spend absent from their learning.

Looking at the graph below, the complete Term 3 data shows that:

  • 63.5% of students had less than 5 days absent
  • 23.0% of students had less than 10 days absent
  • 11.5% of students had less than 20 days absent
  • 2.0% of students had more than 20 days absent

Looking at the graph below, the complete year so far data shows that:

  • 19.0% of students had less than 5 days absent
  • 31.9% of students had less than 10 days absent
  • 31.9% of students had less than 20 days absent
  • 17.2% of students had more than 20 days absent

The above statistics are looking good, but we hope to improve on these next year!

Fingers crossed with the warmer weather coming our way, the bugs will go away and students will be able to complete Term 4 with minimal absences.  Lets finish off the Term strong!
