‘MAT Life Skills TRANSITION Program at Surrey Hills

For Grade 6 students transitioning into high school

This 6-week (1 session per week) program uses therapeutic martial art exercises and games to engage young people and provide strategies on resilience, emotional regulation and respectful relationships in particular related to the transition from primary to high school!

The program is based on our CODE which has successfully engaged thousands of young people across Victoria: be strong, be calm, be kind, try hard.

DATES: Every Wednesday from 11th of October to 15th of November 2023

TIMES: 4:30 pm to 5:20 pm

LOCATION: Surrey Hills, Victoria (address will be provided upon registration)

COST: $120 for the 6 weeks

(*) Registrations close on Friday 6th of October.
