Imagination OSHC and Sport

Over the past 12 months you may have been impacted by the waitlists with our Imagination OSHC Service.  As we are preparing to apply for the extension of the service delivery, we are also problem-solving space use across the day including the use of Mengkiwodli (the gym).  To support us with the transition, as at the beginning of Term 2 2026, we will be running the Basketball training sessions from 7:30am – 8:30am rather than in the afternoons.  While I appreciated the impact that this may have on families in the morning it enables us to support other families across the school.

While I acknowledge that this will take adjustment, my hope is that there is understanding regarding the change.  If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to me evie.stevens@gspv.sa.edu.au.

We will provide updates regarding the changes to Imagination OSHC as they become available.

Whole School Prayer

Wednesday the 18th March from 3:15pm

Families, friends and students are invited to join Mrs Stevens in a time of prayer for our school.

School Temporary Relief Teachers

Throughout the year, teachers and co‑educators may be absent for a range of reasons, including professional development, illness, or other commitments. We always prioritise ensuring that classrooms are supported when staff are away.

All relievers engaged at our school are carefully vetted and onboarded by school leaders before they begin working with our students. Our teachers generously prepare notes for relievers to help maintain continuity of learning, and each classroom has a folder providing a general overview to support smooth transitions.

We value the relievers who support our school community and do everything we can to ensure they are well‑equipped to meet the needs of the students in their care.
