National Safe Work and Mental Health Month

World Mental Health Day is on October 10 each year to raise awareness and support for mental health worldwide. The theme for 2024 is "Mental Health at Work," highlighting the need to focus on mental well-being in workplaces.

This aligns with October’s National Safe Work Month, which promotes creating safe and healthy work environments free from harm. A safe workplace benefits everyone.

Check your pigeon holes for essential resources. Throughout October, the OHS Committee and Wellbeing Team will be providing toolkits, materials, and messages. Keep an eye out for these updates!
