Focus for Term 4

This is an exciting time filled with new opportunities and challenges. Let’s embrace the final stretch of the year with enthusiasm and determination.

Whether you’re completing Student Profiles, preparing for writing reports, or exploring new goals, remember that every moment is a chance to learn and grow. Don’t hesitate to support one another and share your ideas. Together, we can make this term truly special.

Positive School Culture

Promoting positive student behaviour involves creating an environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to engage in their learning.   At JSA, one of our key strategies to encourage positive behaviour; let’s continue reinforcing our PBS values throughout the term. This remains a central focus in our classrooms and school events. Be mindful of promoting these values in every interaction and activity, giving out PBS tickets to enhance and celebrate a positive learning environment and culture.

Team Collaboration & Communication

Please remember that open communication between staff, parents, and students is key to a successful term. Make use of team meetings and informal catch-ups to keep everyone aligned, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for all your hard work this year. Your dedication and effort truly make a difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Whether it’s tackling challenges or going the extra mile, your contributions are invaluable to our success. Thank you for everything you do!

Best wishes for a great Term 4!
