Dear Parents

This week's message is all about thankfulness. 

Thankfulness is a powerful emotion that can significantly impact our lives in various positive ways. Here are some key reasons why thankfulness is important:

So many reasons to be thankful.

I am so thankful for our many blessings at Our Lady Star of the Sea.

-For our parents who choose to send their students to our school and contribute so much to improve our community. Yesterday was such a wonderful day because of the effort from our parents. So much time went into marketing, planning, rostering, setting up, dressing up, getting sprayed, cleaning up, their sense of fun and raising lots of funds for our school. Having so many parents here  to have fun with the children was amazing. I don't think I have ever seen so many smiling faces. Thank you so so much, we really appreciate your generous efforts.

- For our staff who give 200% all the time. The way everyone always pitches in, the way they know each of our children so well, their great sense of fun and team work. As I always say “ I am gifted in selecting staff’!! Thank you for making coming to work a joy!

-For our kids who contributed so well yesterday and for being grateful for all they receive.

For the beautiful surroundings that we get to experience every day.
