Student Leadership 2025

Plans are well underway to elect student leaders for next year. Here is a timeline for the election process, which occurs throughout Term 4.

Week 1 – Year 5 students nominate and vote on peers to determine 8 boy and 8 girl candidates for the 4 leadership roles (School Captain x 2 and Vice Captain x 2).

Week 2 – Final 16 candidates, and their parents, advised.

Week 3 and Week 4 – Campaigning by candidates to students from Year 2 through to Year 5 commences.

Week 5 – Campaign speeches to Year 2 through to Year 5 in the Hall on Thursday 14 November @ 9.30am. Parents of candidates will be invited to attend.

Week 5 – Voting straight after speeches in classrooms via Google classroom. Teacher votes count as two votes.

Week 6 – Announcement to candidates and candidate parents.
