Uniform Shop

St Virgil’s College uniform shop will close for the school holidays on Thursday 26 September at 4.00 pm and re-open on Monday 14 October at 8.00 am.

Term 4 Extended Trading Hours: Monday 14 October, 8.00 am to 1.30 pm.

The uniform shop will return to normal hours on Tuesday 15 October, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.

Normal trading hours during the School term:

Tuesday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

Wednesday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

Thursday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

The uniform shop will be closed on Thursday 24 October (Hobart Show Day).

You are welcome to purchase from the online uniform shop at your convenience. Your order will be filled when the shop is next open.

Whooping Cough Alert

Public Health has advised that they are currently monitoring an increase in the number of whooping cough (pertussis) cases in the state.

Like so many of the viruses circulating at the moment, symptoms usually start like a cold with a runny nose, mild fever, and a cough. The coughing often gets worse, with severe, uncontrolled bouts that can be followed by vomiting or choking. It can be extremely dangerous for babies.

This advice is a timely reminder to stay home if you are unwell. COVID-19 tests do not identify all the viruses currently circulating. More information about whooping cough can be found on the Public Health website.
