Reminder: Settlement of Fee Account by 25 November 2025
This is a reminder that all fee accounts with the College are to be settled by no later than 25 November 2025.
We kindly ask that you review your account to ensure that you are on track to settle your account by this date.
The College appreciates your attention to this important matter and your continued support.
If you have any fee queries, please contact the Finance Department at fees@spc.nsw.edu.au.
Canteen Payments
The College would like to remind all families that purchases made in the canteen or cafeteria can only be paid for by your son using his College student card. The cafeteria staff will not be accepting any other form of payment, including debit or credit cards, whether physical or via mobile device.
Please note this only refers to purchases made during school hours and not lunch orders made online via Flexischools.
Students must ensure they always have their physical student card with them when making purchases. Calling out ID numbers will not be an acceptable form of payment.
If your son has misplaced or lost his student card, please ask him to visit the IT department. A replacement card will be issued at a nominal fee, which will be charged back to parents' accounts.

Theatre Club
Theatre Club has been running at the College for the past eight years and will continue into 2026.
The experience is open to the whole College Community, students, their families and staff. The idea behind this initiative has always been to broaden the experiences our students have with the theatre and to start a dialogue about the theatre they have seen. All the shows are booked in bulk, meaning we receive a considerable discount. Shows are also booked in the evening to avoid taking students out of class and so that parents and carers may attend.
As this is an invitation and not an excursion, the school will not be providing transport to or from the theatre. Parents/carers are also most welcome to join without their sons attending. Although I book many plays you do not need attend all of them, only the ones that interest you.
In 2026 we will be seeing up to nine plays at a range of theatres, the shows include: The Addams Family, Doubt and Strong is the New Pretty a new Australian work by the writer of Prima Facie about a girls AFL Team.
If you are interested in being part of Theatre Club in 2026, please fill out this booking form.
If you have any questions, please email me rebecca.duff@spc.nsw.edu.au.
