Kindy Red loved creating something special for their mums for Mother's Day. The classroom was filled with excitement and creativity as the children eagerly got to work, pouring their love into heartfelt cards. With tiny hands and big imaginations, they painted, glued, and crafted beautiful surprises — from colourful artwork to sweet little keepsakes. Each creation was unique, just like their mums, and the children couldn’t wait to present their gifts with proud smiles and warm hugs. The joy and thoughtfulness that filled the room made it a truly memorable celebration of the special bond between children and their mothers.

Today, Year 2 Diamond, led by their teacher Miss Alweddy, gave a heartwarming performance at the OLOL Youth Centre during the church's Mother's Day lunch. The students sang a beautiful Mother's Day song and 2 other hymns that touched the hearts of everyone in the audience. Their enthusiasm, confidence, and joyful voices filled the room with love and appreciation for all the mothers and grandmothers present. A big well done to Year 2 Diamond, Miss Alweddy, and Ms Katie for their wonderful performance!

Our wonderful Parent Association brought smiles all around with this year’s Mother’s Day Stall! Students loved browsing the selection of gifts and choosing the perfect surprise for their mum. A huge thank you to the parents and volunteers who gave their time and energy to make the stall such a success — your efforts helped create lasting memories for our school community.

A big congratulations to all the winners of our Mother's Day Raffle! We hope you enjoy your prizes and that they help make Mother's Day even more special. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success!
