Our Kindergarten students recently enjoyed a lively game of Snakes and Ladders, centred around counting numbers 1–20. This engaging activity helped them practice essential number language skills as they described their movements on the board using terms like before, after, between, more, and less.
It was wonderful to see their mathematical thinking come alive as they explained their strategies and reasoning aloud. We're so proud of their enthusiasm and progress in learning! Great work, Kindergarten! We can't wait to watch you continue to grow mathematically in the coming weeks!

Students in Years 4 to 6 had a fantastic time participating in Drama sessions led by Mrs Youssef and Year 11 Drama students; Aline Doueihi and Deeana Tawk.

As part of the Year 11 CAFS unit of work “Individuals and Groups” students of Mrs Ishak’s CAFS class conducted a ‘non-participant observation’ during Break 2 today.
Students were observing and taking notes on the behaviours and interactions between male and female students in a natural setting during break time. Students were enlightened to see affirmed expectations of female and male students and the shift in behaviours from when students are in stage 1 through to stage 6. Following the observation, students debriefed and shared interesting similarities and differences in findings, a valuable learning experience in research.

Mrs Botros' year 9 Food technology class participated in a quick and easy fusion kebab recipe challenge.
The aim of this practical was to create a dish that had a fusion of cultural cuisines which has influenced Australian cuisine. This dish is a great example of Australia's diverse cuisines and fusion of cultures at its finest!
