NEW GYM SCREENS IN ACTION

This week, we held our first whole-school assembly using the new screens installed throughout the gym. The upgrade made an immediate difference, allowing students across the gym to clearly see the presentation and follow each part of the assembly.

Our School and Tribe Captains were particularly excited to introduce this extra element to our assemblies. This upgrade to our Gym will be a valuable addition to future presentations, performances, celebrations and whole-school events.

LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

Our Prep and Year 1 students enjoyed some exciting excursions this week.

Our Prep students visited Myuna Farm, where they had the opportunity to learn more about farm animals and experience farm life first hand.

Our Year 1 students travelled to Coal Creek, where they explored the historical village and learned about what everyday life was like in the late 1800's.

Thank you to our staff and parent helpers who supported these successful days.

WAKAKIRRI IS ALMOST HERE

Wakakirri is now only a few weeks away, and excitement is continuing to build among our students. A great deal of work has gone into preparing the costumes and sets, as well as learning and refining the choreography. Both staff and students have shown wonderful commitment in building this performance.

Wakakirri will be held at the Frankston Arts Centre on Thursday, the 13th of August and we look forward to seeing all their hard work come together on stage.
