Updated Payment Process
All EHPS families have been informed that our School Council of an important and essential update regarding the OSHC payment process.
To ensure our service continues to operate smoothly and efficiently, weekly scheduled payments will now be compulsory for all enrolled families. The program is reliant on all fees being paid in order to remain operational.
This change takes effect from today, Friday 28 November 2025.
The five easy steps to set up weekly payment in the Xplor Home app have been provided to families this week via Compass.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this process to better support families, streamline the payment structure and maintain the program’s quality of care.
