Rossmoyne Rummage Event
Last Sunday our school community participated in the annual Rossmoyne Rummage. The RR committee together with the P & F worked on what we think was the biggest and most successful event this year. We held a sausage sizzle and a second-hand Toy and Book stall, as well as introduced a Cake Stall and Children’s Entertainment table and performances. Our stalls had constant foot traffic, what a great opportunity to raise money outside of our school community and have our school name in the community!
A very big thank you to those that donated items for the stalls and special thank you to those that volunteered their time. Many of the RR and P & F committee members gave up their entire Sunday to make this a success. We are extremely thankful to the following:
Our 2025 RR Committee comprised:

A special mention to our CEO Natasha Ralston, this is the second year she has led this event, our major fundraiser! Natasha put many many hours making sure everyone knew what they had to do. This is a massive commitment and we are so very thankful to Natasha for all her time and efforts.
Thank you to the students that came along to help at the stalls and to those that performed or just came along to support the event. A big thank you to Tania for helping to prep the dances for the day. Thank you to Mary, Amanda and Michelle for supporting our event in preparation and on the day, and to all the staff who stopped by for some goodies and to Loretta in our office for printing, laminating and sharing communications.
Thank you to our St Mary’s Catholic Church parish! Without their support we would be unable to run this event in Rossmoyne Street. Thank you to Fr Shabin, Fr Peter and Margaret and Fran, in the parish office for their continued support with our event and for sending parishioners out for sausages after Mass!
Swim Shady and Tuna Swift won the award for Best Group Effort! Both scarecrows will swim away and be placed somewhere safe until the next rummage event. A massive thank you to Robyn and all her student helpers in being so creative with our scarecrow entry this year.
A reminder that ALL money raised goes directly to the school for our children. We are excited to announce we made a profit of $2,510, an increase of $1,243 on last year!!
