Welcome Back to Term Four and a New Season of Basketball!

It is great to see everyone back on court as we kick off another exciting season of basketball! Our Women’s, Men’s and U14 competitions got underway on Monday evening, setting the tone for what is sure to be a fantastic term.

As we begin the new season, we would like to remind all players, volunteers and spectators of our seven core Griffins values.

These values are at the heart of our club and help ensure it remains a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone.

Uniforms and Merchandise

If you haven’t received your shorts yet, do not worry. Players have until Week Three to be in full uniform. In the meantime, please wear plain black shorts with no pockets (not bike shorts).

Please contact your team manager if you have not collected your shorts.

A limited amount of stock will also be available for purchase and secondhand items can be found on the Great Southern Griffins Uniform Buy/Sell/Swap page.

Gym and Training Reminders

Please note that the Multi-Purpose Sport Complex will be closed next week for Year Twelve Valedictory Celebrations and again on Thursday 30 October and Friday 31 October.

Outdoor courts will still be available during these times.

A friendly reminder that the gym is a shared space. Please help us keep it clean and tidy:

No food or drinks in the gym
Return all equipment to its proper place
Respect school rules — no swearing or rough behaviour

Griffins Merchandise and Uniforms

Players can order the Griffins training gear and supporter merchandise from the Griffins site Shop - Great Southern Griffins. A range of hoodies, tops, pants and accessories are available to buy. There are limited stocks of hoodies, but more will be added at the end of the month.
