Camp

Just a friendly reminder to refer to the letter sent home during the last week of Term 3, which includes all the details about camp. This will be a valuable experience for students, helping them develop independence and strengthen their social skills. Please also complete the Dietary Requirements Form via PAM or SIMON. This form must be submitted even if your child has no special dietary needs. The form is due by Friday, 31 October 2025, and parents are also asked to grant or decline permission for camp via PAM or SIMON Everywhere

Mission Stalls

A huge thank you to all the families who generously baked and donated cakes and slices for our stalls today. Your support and effort helped make the day such a wonderful success.

Year 3

In Literacy, we have been continuing to read Charlotte’s Web and write a narrative story about two unlikely friends. We have been loving hearing that many of the children have been reading along or listening at home.

During Maths, we have been learning about Location and Mapping. The students mapped out the adventure playground and loved being able to figure out the birds-eye view angle of the playground.

Our seeds have flourished into little plants and have now found their way into our school’s Vege garden, whilst some students were very eager to bring their plants home.

Year 4

In Literacy, students have continued to read The Wild Robot and have begun completing their second paragraph around why they should or should not have a robot at home.

In Math's, students have been working on our Data Investigation unit. They have been learning about posing questions, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and using column graphs to represent data.

In Science, students have continued to monitor the growth of their bean plants and have been researching animal lifecycles. We have also been learning about rocks and minerals. In Religion, we have started our new unit of Reaching Out and Serving Others. They had to identify real-life examples of kindness they have observed or experienced.

Mr Kubeil

Fraser Kubeil has been with us for the first four weeks of the term. He has now completed his time with us. We would like to thank him for the work he has out in teaching in year 4 and wish him all the best for the rest of his degree and his teaching career.
