Second hand uniform
Tomorrow (Friday 15th March) between 2.45pm and 3.30pm the PPA will run our first Second Hand Uniform Sale for the year in the Gym Foyer. Stock up on a great range of uniform clothing, save on landfill and support the school. Both EFTPOS and cash accepted. Items are priced from $2 to $15 with most at $5.
Families wishing to donate can drop clean, wearable, uniform (with school logo) to the school office. Thank you for your continued support.
Smile Squad is coming to our school
Smile Squad is the Victorian Government free school dental program and The Smile Squad team from Better Health Network Parkdale are coming to Parkdale Primary soon. The exact date is yet to be confirmed but it will be between 16th April to 21st May.
This means all students can get a free dental check-up, preventive services, and treatment at school. (Any student enrolled in a Victorian government primary, secondary or specialist school is eligible. They do not need a healthcare card, Medicare card or the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).
How to access free dental care:
Primary school students need a parent or carer to provide consent to participate in Smile Squad. To sign up your child, please complete the online consent form ASAP to ensure your child receives Smile Squad services at school.

Hot Cross Bun Morning Tea
On Tuesday 26th March, the PPA will be holding a Hot Cross Bun morning teas. Children can order one hot cross bun priced $2 each, with a choice of;
- traditional
- fruitless
- choc chip
- apple and cinnamon
Qkr! is now open for orders and final orders must be placed by Wednesday 20th March. Late orders will not be accepted as an order needs to be placed with Bakers Delight.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR QKR ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED TO THE CORRECT CLASSES FOR YOUR CHILDREN. THERE ARE STILL A NUMBER OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED AND THIS CAN RESULT IN STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING THEIR ORDERS

Qkr! issues with Android Phones
We have recieved confirmation today from the Qkr Team that the Android Phone issue has now been resolved, parents/users can now download the App from the Google Play Store.
