Years 5 & 6

This week the Yr 5/6 had a welcome surprise when Miss McLeod returned for a CRT day (Miss P was away in Portland for a meeting). Sh said the class were hard working and very well-behaved which is a credit to the children. She will be coming back sometime soon! 

Some of the class activities this week have been creating a new zodiac for Chinese New Year, starting a narrative based on a mysterious St Valentine's Day letter and learning how to find prime factors by creating factor trees in maths.

Class timetables have been sent home to all families so students should now come prepared each day with the necessary materials (including completed reading folders on Thursdays)
