Governing Council 

The Modbury School P-6 Governing Council held a meeting on Tuesday 19 March at 6pm.

During this meeting, members were able to ratify new and updated policies for our Preschool and OSHC service, discuss the Public Education Strategy, read a report from our classroom teachers and view a video from our student leaders.

We had a special guest visit, Frank Eames from The School Ministry Group. Frank explained the role of Pastoral Care Workers (PCW) within the school setting. We look forward to developing our relationship with this service throughout the year. We would like to acknowledge the community support this program has received, with Trinity Church and other local churches donating funds to assist us in providing 2 full days of access to a pastoral care worker. We will keep our families informed of this program and development throughout the year.
