Sacred Heart Athletics Carnival

Well done to all the students who participated in the Sacred Heart Athletics Carnival last Friday at the Colac Central Reserve. Arundell (yellow) were the winners with 754 points with Mercy (red) coming second with 621 points and Marian (blue) coming third with 603 points. Very close scores for such a big event!

A big thanks to the Sacred Heart staff, the parents and grandparents and the Colac Secondary College students for all their help on the day. It certainly helps the day to progress more smoothly.

Congratulations to the students who have progressed to the Colac Division Athletics this Thursday 7th March at the Colac Central Reserve. We do need parent’s helpers on the day, so please indicate on PAM if you can assist.

Trinity Cricket Coaching

Last Thursday, Trinity ‘Sport and Recreation’ students came to Sacred Heart to teach some of the students some cricket skills. The Trinity students had just completed a coaching course with Vic Cricket and were able to put their new found skills into action. We are grateful to Mr Harrington and his students for the opportunity he offered our students. Lots of fun was had.
