Hope B. - 00M

This award is presented to Hope for showing the HEART value of EXCELLENCE. In our Maths groups, Hope did not give up when the matching activity became very hard and was taking a long time to complete. Hope was very proud of herself when she finished and I was as well. You are a SUPERSTAR Hope!

Tom Black - 1/2B

This award goes to Tom for his consistency and dedication to achieving his learning goals and improving himself. Tom has proven to be a focused and hard working student, and always looks for ways to challenge himself in his learning. Your effort shows in your work Tom, keep it up!

Aria K. - 1/2C

This award is presented to Aria for working exceptionally well during all of our small group activities. As part of our Reader’s Theatre, she accepted a part in a script to rehearse and perform and was able to accept feedback from others in her group on areas for improvement.

Well done Aria!

Gracie L.  - 3/4B

At our Team Building and Communication incursion, Gracie worked to the strengths of her team. She was able to use her amazing communication skills to help and encourage each member of the team. What great leadership skills!

Hayden A. - 3/4K

This award goes to Hayden for being an excellent team leader during our team building inclusion this week. He showed outstanding leadership qualities by encouraging his team mates, listening to everyone’s ideas and supporting those who needed help. Unsurprisingly, his group was able to achieve lots of success. Hayden, you should be very proud of yourself!

Jonas F. - 3/4S

This award goes to Jonas to celebrate all of the wonderful things that he has accomplished this year. Jonas was determined to make new friends, become more confident and earn his pen licence. He now has many friends, is confident enough to speak at assembly and has improved his writing using a pen. Congratulations on a great year, Jonas.

Tyler H. - 5/6B

I was so proud of the way you tackled the Four 4’s Math Challenge on Wednesday Tyler. I was thrilled to see you trying different ideas and considering new concepts. The smile on your face when you found a correct solution was priceless and something teachers love seeing. Please bottle that attitude and take it into Math in 2024.

Delilah M. - 5/6D

Congratulations to Delilah for demonstrating the HEART Value of Excellence this week. Delilah brainstormed a persuasive topic with a partner and developed a really engaging introduction. Well done Delilah! It has been an absolute delight teaching you this year.

Charlotte P. - 5/6D

This award is presented to Charlotte for demonstrating her deeper thinking skills during Reading this week. Charlotte was able to select and respond to a poem of her choice, carefully thinking about the big idea, personal connections, and the mood the poem left her in. Well done Charlotte. I know you will continue to shine in Year 6 next year!

Bailey C. - 5/6W

This award goes to Bailey for his outstanding efforts during our Maths investigation this week. He demonstrated the HEART Value of Excellence when writing and calculating different number sentences using only four fours and the order of operations. Amazing effort Bailey! I am very proud to be your teacher this year.

This award goes to Hayley for consistent effort and achievement in the Performing Arts since starting here at Scoresby. Hayley, you have always given every song and dance your best effort, energy, and attention. Very well done and congratulations!
