Join the New 2024 Fete Committee

We are excited to announce that Lauren Cefai is the incoming Fete Chairperson for 2024. Adam Stone will assist in handing over the reigns as he steps down into a support role. Vivienne de Zoysa joins us as P&F Liaison.

We warmly invite all parents and friends (including incoming Prep families) of Holy Spirit School & Parish to join the new team as General Members to be a part of planning the 2024 Fete.

The following positions have given notice that they will not be continuing in their current roles in 2024:

• Silent Auction Coordinator
• Raffle Coordinator
• Secretary / Communications Officer
• OH &S Officer (shared role)
• Stalls Coordinator (shared role)
• Sound Technician support
• Website Coordinator

It is appreciated that each family provide at least 2 hours each year to help volunteer either for either Fete or P&F events.

Sponsorship for Holy Spirit Families

Did you know that Sponsorship priority is given to Holy Spirit families when possible?

We are already taking sponsors for 202 but love to promote our Holy Spirit family business’.  If you are a family or local business interested in sponsorship (or maybe donating to our Raffle / Silent Auction) we would love to support you!

Advertising runs March through to February the following year.  It’s a perfect tax deduction so check with your accountant!

Qu. When is the next Fete?

Saturday 5 October 2024 – the times are to be confirmed. It is the first weekend of Term 3.

Qu. Will I get help and a handover if I take on a committee role?

Yes! Our Fete is only great because of our volunteers. We will support you!

Qu. Can I attend a Fete meeting without joining?

Of course! We love feedback and who knows what new ideas you could bring!

Qu. Can I choose which stall I want to help with next year?

Of course! You can sign up to work on a particular stall or if you want to be a Stall Leader please contact us.
