Our Semester Two reports will be sent home this week. When they are ready to be viewed, a Dojo will be sent home.

Please read and celebrate your child's achievement with them and be proud of all they have accomplished this year.

If you have any questions about your child's report, please contact your child's classroom teacher.

2024 Planning

Our teachers had a busy day planning learning experiences for our students for next year on Friday 1st December.

Our staff worked collaboratively in their 2024 teams to begin planning the Religious Education, English, Mathematics and Inquiry Learning units for Term One.

Our key idea for Term One is Identity with a curriculum focus for Prep - Year 2 on History, Years 3 & 4 on Civics and Citizenship and Years 5 & 6 on History. We are looking forward to sharing more with you at the beginning of next year.

Key Dates for Learning & Teaching in Term One 2024:

  • School Closure Day - Monday 5th February. Our staff will be participating in the Berry Street Program on this day
  • Teacher - Parent Meet & Greets - Tuesday 13th February (Students will be dismissed at 1pm on this day)
  • NAPLAN - 13th - 25th March for our Year 3 & 5 students

Thank you!

As we approach the end of another remarkable, and what feels like a very long year, I would like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. The Holy Spirit community has once again proven to be a place of inspiration, growth, and collective achievement.

Thank you for your unwavering support, dedication, and enthusiasm throughout the year. Together, we have created a vibrant and nurturing environment for learning and collaboration. As we reflect on the many accomplishments and milestones we've achieved together, we are reminded of the incredible strength that comes from our HS family.

Our teachers, staff, students and parents have all played integral roles in making this year a success. Your commitment to education, community engagement, and the well-being of our school has been truly exceptional.

Let's carry the spirit of unity and resilience into the upcoming year, facing new challenges with the same determination and optimism that define our school. I look forward to continuing this journey together, fostering growth, learning, and a sense of belonging for all.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments with your loved ones. May the coming year bring new opportunities for growth and success.

Once again, thank you for being an essential part of our school community. Your contributions have made a lasting impact, and we are grateful for the incredible community we share.
