Thank you to those families who have already donated items for the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal. A reminder that each class is asked to donate a different item. We will make Christmas Hampers next week to donate to families experiencing hardship over the festive season.

We had a wonderful celebration this morning for the Pope Francis Graduation. Congratulations to the following students for completing the program - Rhys D, Clara K, Tara L, Sophie M, Chloe M, Lilly N, Fiona P, Kaitlin S and Zoe X. We thank you for your efforts supporting school and parish initiatives.
St Aidan’s will again offer the Pope Francis program in 2024 to students in Year 6.
A friendly reminder that the Year 6 Graduation Mass will be held next Friday 8 December at 9:10 am. This is a whole school Mass and is an important milestone for our Year 6 students. All parents, families and friends are welcome to join us for this event.
St Aidan’s will come together as a community to celebrate the Christmas Story on Tuesday 12 December at 2:00 pm in the Holy Family Church. Every class will perform at this special occasion.

We kindly ask that the costume is at school by Friday 8 December in a plastic bag with your child’s name clearly labelled.
Yesterday, we had our termly Dollar for Dinner Mufti Day and this term it was Christmas themed. Thank you to all those who donated to this important cause.
We will again be making 200 sandwiches that will be delivered to St Vincent de Paul and given out on the Night Patrol van.Next Wednesday 6 December at 1:00 pm, the Mini Vinnies students will make the sandwiches. We warmly welcome all parents, older siblings and family members to help with this task.
A reminder that the Season of Advent will start this Sunday. This season prepares us for the birth of Jesus Christ.

Sunday 24 December at 6:00 pm. The students who have been practising in the Christmas choir will perform at this Mass.
Saturday 25 December 8:00 am and 9:30 am. Please note there will not be a 6:00 pm mass.
