HoL Programs 

CAFE

Hands on Learning (HoL) has begun with a flying start. Both Café and Trade began classes in week 3 and have both settled in well and getting to know their teams. 

With a great start to the trade program, they have begun the planning and designing of their building and personal woodwork projects. 

HoL café have had a great start with some amazing menu choices, including the very popular Apple crumble bars, New York style choc chip cookies and the BBQ style Beef burgers. 

Students from both Trade and Café are learning some amazing skills, many they may not have attempted or experienced before. Café students undertook training week in week 3 and learned some valuable skills, including knife skills, Food safety and customer service.

Both Trade and Café are looking forward to the rest of the term and can’t wait to see what amazing items we produce.
