PREP
It is hard to believe that we are in our final week!
As the year winds down, we will start sending home all of the books that the Preps have used throughout the year so please check bags each night and empty out anything inside!
On Tuesday this week we had our St. Mary's move up day and all of the students thoroughly enjoyed meeting their Grade 1 teachers for next year.
The Preps had the important job of blessing their Grade 6 buddies at graduation last night and it was great to see everyone there.
Finally, the Prep teachers would like to thank all of our Prep parents for their support this year. It has not gone unnoticed.
We hope everyone has a happy and safe break and comes back ready to learn in 2024!

GRADE 1/2
Can you believe that it is the end of the year already? We are so proud of the progress made by all students working in Year 1 and 2 and we are beyond thankful for the support given from our Year 1 and 2 families this year.
The Year 1 students enjoyed their end of year celebration at the movies last week and our Year 2 students had a blast at their class celebration at the gardens today.
Sadly, we will be saying good-bye to Cary and Jasper at the end of this school year and we wish them all the best at their new schools in 2024. Herbie and Clem are also heading off for the 2024 school year and we can't wait to see them on their return in 2025.
Finally, the Year 1 and 2 team would love to wish all of our St Mary's community a safe and merry Christmas and we look forward to seeing you all back again in 2024.

WOW and we have reached the end of another wonderful year! Thank you to all families for working with us this year to make it a special one for your child. We always appreciate your support.
We had the best time yesterday at our end of year excursion to the movies and bowling followed by hot chips for lunch at the Memorial Square!
We would love to wish Maggie Mason all the best on her big travels around Australia next year and hope this is a great experience for her and her family. We will miss you Maggie!

GRADE 5/6
Congratulations to the Year 6 students on their Graduation last night. It was a beautiful celebration and we are very proud of all their hard work and achievements over the year.
The Year 5 students have met their new buddies for 2024 and are getting ready to step up into the role of school leaders next year, while our Year 6 students are getting ready to say goodbye to their buddies and move on to begin the next stage of their learning journey at their respective secondary schools.
Traditionally, the Year 6 students sign each other’s tops on the final day of school. Students will need to bring a texta if they wish to do this tomorrow.
We would like to thank all our wonderful families for your great support over the year and we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a safe and relaxing holiday break.
