Visit to Mercy Aged Care

Last Monday our St Mary's Singers visited Mercy to sing some Christmas songs.  The residents were delighted to see the children and receive some hand-made Christmas cards from our Year Prep and One classes.

Carols by Candlelight - Friday 15th December - 7pm - Memorial Square

On Friday night the traditional Colac City Band Carols by Candlelight will be held in the Memorial Square.

We have some St Mary's Singers participating in the Mass School Choir conducted by Kayla Morgan.  

Singers are asked to meet Tanya Stewart near the stage at 7pm.  Singers are invited to wear Spirit of Christmas items including T-shirts, tinsel, Santa hats etc.  Quite often the night becomes cooler as it progresses, so students are encouraged to bring along their school jumper or wear a Christmas themed jumper if they have one.

Parents/guardians MUST be in attendance and are responsible for the supervision of their child/children. Parents/guardians will need to check in with Tanya Stewart prior to singing and collect their children from Tanya immediately following their performance. Please DO NOT take your child without seeing Tanya first.

Note: It is important that parents/guardians are at the event the whole time. Tanya will be there to help with the singing but cannot be responsible for the children as she will be performing throughout the night.
