Photos from our April Holiday Program!

Our Autumn Holidays were full of fun activities and excursions/ incursions. We had so much fun exploring new activities and meeting new faces from other schools, as well as learning new skills from our different themed days.

Please find below our programs for the next few weeks Fridays, including the upcoming Pupil Free Day on the 26th April.

PUPIL FREE DAY: 

We are pleased to inform you that a Pupil Free Day has been confirmed at MOUNT PLEASANT ROAD VIC OSHCLUB and will be running on Friday 26 April 2024.

The session will run all day from 7.00am to 6.00pm at the cost of $70.00 (before any applicable Child Care Subsidy). Many families are eligible for Child Care Subsidy, which reduces the out of pocket cost of outside school hours care. To establish what level of CCS you may be entitled to please contact the Centrelink Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.

How to book

Please log in to your account online at www.oshclub.com.au and book in under the Pupil Free Day Room.

Please note that bookings can not be made online within 5 days of the session commencing. In order to book within this period, you will need to contact the MOUNT PLEASANT ROAD VIC OSHCLUB service directly on 0427144945.

What happens 

We provide fun activities for all ages including arts and craft, games, sports, drama, board games, dress ups and fun with friends, as well as activities corresponding to our Dance Party Theme!

What to bring

Please bring morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Make sure your children wear/bring appropriate footwear and clothing, including a hat.

Please also note the following:

• All regular Before and After School Care bookings have been removed.
• 7 days’ notice is required for cancellation of the Pupil Free Day, to ensure you will not incur out of pocket costs.  
• A $4 late booking fee applies for bookings made within 5 days of the session commencing.

Change to Booking Terms and Conditions

In line with industry standards, we have also modified two fee conditions which has been implemented in Term 1, 2024, and will continue in Term 2, 2024, as follows:

1. Non-notified absence fee - The service must be notified ideally via the parent portal) if your child will not be attending an afternoon session. Failure to provide notice will mean the service delivery team cease other duties until your child is located or accounted for and may result in a call to emergency services. If the service is not notified of your child's absence prior to the Stay and Play session start time a $20 fee will be charged to your account.
2. Late pick up fee - If your child is not picked up before the official closing time of the service, a $20 per 15-minute fee will be automatically applied to your account.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and are available to discuss payment options and provide concessions where possible.
