Welcome back to Term 2 everyone!

Term 1

What a busy Term 1 P&F had, right up until the very end!  Thankyou again to everyone who helped out with our P&F events in term 1, and everyone who came along and participated!  For the Easter Raffle, we raised a fantastic $1,158, taking our Term 1 total to $3,964.

Picture Plates

Picture plate templates have been distributed to all kinder families this week.  If you didn't get one, please see your kinder teacher.  School families are welcome to participate as well. Please get in touch with me to find out more.

Mother's Day Stalls

Mother's Day is only a few weeks away now, and as always, we will need a number of volunteers (dad's?!) to help run the stalls.  Stalls will be held on Wednesday 8th (kinder - 1 hour), Thursday 9th (kinder - 1 hour) and Friday 10th (kinder + school - 3 hours).  If you're able to help out for a little bit on any of the above dates, please pop your name down at https://volunteersignup.org/KXYL7

Cake Raffle

Cake raffle is back for Term 2, but there are still a few spots needing someone to fill them!  If you can help out by providing something yummy for the cake raffle one week, please pop your name down on the sign up sheet on the P&F board at Reception.

The cake raffle is held every Monday at assembly, with prizes donated by families from across the school.  Tickets are 20c each or 6 for $1, and are available for students to purchase at recess each Monday.

You should also start to see information on a range of community groups you can get involved with up on the P&F board!  Have an idea for a community group you want to talk through or get started?  Let me know and we'll see what we can do!

P&F Meetings

Our next meeting will be at 9am, Friday 3 May in person and via Zoom.  If you can't make it but have any ideas, feedback or comments you'd like to share, please feel free to email me or reach out to your parent rep.

Event Coordinators

I'm still looking for someone to help me coordinator our upcoming Cookie Dough fundraiser (May-June) - most of the setup is done, I just need someone to help me check the delivery when it arrives and organise and hand out orders
