The students will learn about the importance of building positive relationships and using critical thinking skills to resolve issues or conflicts. The students learn to work both independently and in teams. Students discuss the causes of conflicts commonly experienced and discuss options to reduce the possibility of or to resolve conflict. The strategies for problem-solving are based on the suggestions in the RRRR program.
