YEAR 12

WEEK 2: KEY INFORMATION

LAST WEEK

Congratulations to our students for an excellent start to the term. Thank you to parents who attended our Parent-Teacher-Student Conversations on Thursday evening. These conversations are valuable and key in supporting students to achieve their best.  If you were unable to meet teachers, but would still like to have a conversation, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

THIS WEEK

Cross Country is now on this Wednesday for Years 7,9,10,11 & 12. Our House Leaders are looking forward to their peers showing their House spirit and putting in their best efforts on the course. There are plenty of House points up for grabs!

The ANZAC Dawn Service in Edmonton is on Thursday morning at the Cenotaph at Fuller Park starting at 5:30 am. It would be great to see many of our Senior students attending in their formal uniform, honouring this important event with dignity and respect, and helping us commemorate the sacrifices made for our freedom. All the details can be found here: EDMONTON ANZAC DAWN SERVICE

LOOKING AHEAD

It is a busy time academically for Year 12 students with assignments underway and a Unit 3 Mathematics exam in Week 4. Please check with your child how their preparation is progressing. It is important for students to reflect on their Term 2 goals and look after themselves when school life gets busy; I hope they can maintain good habits concerning study, diet and sleep.
