Wellbeing
For this term in the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) classes, children will be participating in some fun games and activities as we journey through the Rhythm 2 Recovery Program
Rhythm2Recovery is a therapeutic program that utilises fun and engaging rhythmic musical activities to support social and emotional development. Based on the latest neuro-science.
This approach has been shown to support increased emotional regulation, improved social connection and reduced levels of anxiety and other elements of psychological distress.

Some of our students will also take part in small group sessions in the Seasons for Growth Program and the Rhythm 2 Recovery Program.
