Thank you so much to our INSPIRE Committee for organising Dr Kyla Smith to come and talk to parents on campus. Dr Kyla Smith is a Perth-based paediatric dietitian, who shared her top tips for raising confident eaters with concrete, evidence-based strategies.
Her mission is to empower parents with the skills and confidence to support their children to love their food and feel comfortable in their bodies.
