Upcoming Important Dates

From The Team

We have had a busy two weeks in the 3/4 level. We have taken part in our second Maths Explorer contest, completed a number of activities for our Student Wellbeing Week, and celebrated our learning in Digitech and Design by sharing our carts with each other.

As part of our Wellbeing Week we have had the opportunity to join lunchtime activities including chalk drawing, mindful colouring, and yoga. In the classroom, we focussed on our wellbeing by creating a gratitude jar, doing colourful breathing, and brainstorming lots of green zone friendship words. Today we had a PJ and Movie Day, which was an amazing way to finish Wellbeing Week.

In Digitech and Design, we have been designing and building a cart that is powered by a Sphero and can carry a bottle. It’s been a huge challenge, but the level has enjoyed working in small groups, building their carts and testing them. We can’t wait to share our learning with you all at our Digitech and Design Showcase on Monday 24th June at 2.40pm in the hall!

This is our last Level Newsletter for the term, so we wish you all a safe and restful school holiday break.
