Hello Foundation Families, 

This week in Writing, we begun our unit on information texts. We researched information about Koalas to create our own informative brochures and included important facts about what they eat and where they live. We were so impressed with the creativity and curiosity students demonstrated thoughout the week. We will continue to develop our understanding of informative writing next week when students create another informative brochure about an animal of their choice. 

Reminders

• Science Discovery Dome Incursion: Tuesday (18/6) FT, Wednesday (19/6) FE, Thursday (20/6) FC
• Foundation Planning Day: Friday 21st June. Students will have their specialist classes on Friday instead of during the week. 
• We have added Term Three dates to our PMP sign up sheet. If you are available to assist on a Friday morning, please scan the QR codes below.
