I'm taking part in The Push-Up Challenge from 5-28 June 2024 to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. The challenge is to complete 1625 push-ups. This is important to me, because 3,249 people died by suicide in Australia in 2022 (the most recent stats), and I want to do something about it. Funds raised will go towards much-needed mental health services and initiatives in Australia.
