School Fees 

Worth mentioning, our feeder high schools are in high demand, non payment of your primary school fees can result in your high school application being made "conditional". Please contact the office if you have a child in Year 6 and you think you may require assistance.

Please ensure you stay current with your payment schedule to avoid SMS reminders.

All fee statements are sent by email. If you have not received your statement, check your spam/junk file.  No luck? Contact the school office on Ph: 9524 9980 and we will forward a copy to you.

Set and forget 

We can automate your payments via credit card deduction. If you want to go down this path, please complete the 'Standing Authority' form at the link below and return it to the office. 

Or you can also set up a recurring weekly or monthly, Bpay payment yourself to automate your payments, directly via your bank. 

Payments can also be made via Compass at any time.

If you wish to change your instalment schedule to better suit your cash flow, please get in touch with the office and we can process a change for you.  Our email address is - accounts@olfcaringbah.catholic.edu.au.

Enrolments for Kinder 2025  are now CLOSED

The enrolment period for Kindergarten 2025 has now ended. If you have a child that you need to enrol for Kindergarten NEXT YEAR, please submit your application without delay. All applications (even siblings!) that are received after the 28th April, 2024, will be placed on a waiting list. So please act promptly.

School Hats

You may have noticed we are transitioning to a new navy bucket hat.

These are available from the school office for $17.00.

As we are phasing out the old royal blue hat, we are offering these hats to primary students for a discounted price of $10. 

We don't have that many so if you want a spare hat for your child/ren now is the time to purchase.
