SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION

We have begun preparations for students in Year 3 who will be participating in the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the very first time. A notice was sent out to each child in Year 3 with:

  • information regarding the Sacrament
  • commonly asked questions,
  • special dates,
  • times of Masses in the Parish and
  • a link to the enrolment form.

Please note that only students whose family have enrolled their child/ren into the Sacrament will be able to participate in this special occasion in March.

For families in Years3, 4, 5 or 6 wishing for their child/ren to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time this year please make sure you have filled in the enrolment form: https://forms.gle/dS3rXBgYZoZDaGrm6 or contact myself at: aiacopino@olps.vic.edu.au

This week's Gospel demonstrates the healing love Jesus brings to us in times of great difficulty. Even if we feel as thought being healed in body, mind or spirit may be impossible, Jesus' presence and hope fills us anew, ready to take on the next challenge. The only thing we are called to do is to take that next step into a new light.

Have a great week ahead and God Bless,

Mr Angelo Iacopino
