 2A - Graduation

From Kaajal, Year 2 teacher

Highlights, milestones and farewell

What a massive year Year 2 have had!

There have been so many highlights, milestones and of course, a huge year of academic and personal growth for all students.  Some of the exciting things that the Year 2 experienced this year are: Pen pal letters, Place Value games, The Human Body, Natural Disasters, Fractions, Figurative Language, Science Week, Sports Day, Mr Men/ Little Miss, Toy incursions, and Swimming.

One of the more memorable events was the move to Molesworth Street Campus. The students transitioned seamlessly and we have all really enjoyed our time at the new campus. To celebrate being the first ever cohort to graduate from MSC, students had a little ceremony last Friday. They made their own graduation caps and were presented with a certificate from their teacher. We ended the afternoon with a fun dance party!

We teachers are so incredibly proud of our students and look forward to hearing about their growth and successes next year. Thank you, parents, for your ongoing support in making this school year truly special for our students.

Happy holidays everyone!
