Guided Play in Unit BA 

This semester, during our paper inquiry, students made handmade paper then used it to make cards and gift tags.

BA’s handmade paper made in Guided Play, cards and gift tags. It took a really long time to make. We made it from recycled paper. Paper can only be recycled 5-7 times. Everything was sold at the Plant and Produce market and all the money goes to the school.

We designed cards and gift tags. We used paper from the (classroom) Recycling Bin to make paper.

It took us about a week. The money goes to school. 

Let me tell you how to make paper.

1. Rip up pieces of scrap paper (from the class recycling bin).
2. Put it in water for about 3 days.
3. First you get a fly net then get a picture frame and attach the fly net to the picture frame then put the ripped up pieces of paper on it then sieve the water out of the fly net. 
4. Quickly flip the piece of paper around and wait about a week (for it to dry).
