Here's What Happened During the Holidays!
During the holidays our team was able to deliver an engaging and enriching experience for everyone involved in our program. Throughout the two weeks, we provided various learning environments daily including creative, physical health, scientific, experiential, natural, cultural, exciting and cooking experiences such as our visits to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Luna Park. Each day was packed with fun and educational experiences. The first Monday morning, the highlight was making spring season related crafts, making lime jelly and learning new sports skills. Staff at the service also designed activities to further maximise learning opportunities and experiences. Tuesday, the highlight was when Emily the magician came to TheirCare, we all enjoyed developing and showcasing our own magical skills. The holiday program also featured other activities such as, soccer, making Honey Joys, visiting Luna Park and going on the rides, planting and learning about our natural environments all aimed at extending the children's understanding the seasonal elements of Spring, carnivals. As a growing service, we are excited to see many more learners visiting us this term and to continue to deliver exciting and engaging activities for our inquisitive learners during the Term 4.

Last week: Healthy Habits!
Last we enjoyed learning As you may know we have continued an incentive called TC Tucker. Last week was the first day back to school, so we are looking forward to doing more cooking this week.
This Week
14th – 18th October
The theme for this week will be Superheros!!!
This week we will be supporting Muscular Dystrophy by making our PJ masks, along with a week full of fun activities and educational experiences.
TC Tucker this week we will be making Guacamole as a side for our Chili Con Carne and learning about Mexican Cuisine

Next Few Weeks...
21st – 25th October
The theme for this week will be Spring Fling week!
Get ready to celebrate Spring with some paper flower crafts, make pressed flowers and play our favourite outdoor games. We might even go on a picnic during after school care.
28th – 01st November
The theme for this week will be Hocus Pocus week!
During the last week of October, we will be celebrating Halloween. Come along and dress up as your favorite spooky characters. We'll even make potions and cast some tricky spells.

- If you're new, Welcome! Please make sure you have enrolled and have created an account.
- Don't forget to add and authorise family members or carers, so they can pick up your child from TC.
- Please remember to give Mimi your Child Profile
- Make sure your child's enrolment is up to date
- Ensure all medical conditions are listed on the enrolment -Ask Mimi for documents and any medication requirements. We need these forms to be returned as soon as possible.
