The Junior School production of Frozen Jr. is all set to premiere tonight in the Simons Auditorium. Well done to all students and staff; the show tonight is the culmination of over a year of planning andmonths of preparation and rehearsal. We wish all involved well for the shows tonight and tomorrow. 

As we move into Term Four, I would like to confirm two staffing movements for 2025. Alison Churchill has indicated that she will conclude at the College at the end of this year and take up a new opportunity elsewhere in 2025. Alison has been a thoughtful and much-admired teacher in our senior English team over many years, and it is with some sadness that we will see her go. She does so with our best wishes for the future and with our thanks. 

I am also pleased to announce the appointment of a new Senior Maths teacher for 2025, Sophie Baylis. Sophie joins us from Melbourne, having completed her schooling at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School and then qualified at the University of Melbourne with a Master of Teaching (Secondary), and a Bachelor of Science specialising in pure mathematics. Sophie impressed throughout the interview process and in teaching a trial lesson here at College.

We look forward to welcoming Sophie in January next year.
