Color Run is almost here!

Less than one week until Color Run.  Just over 140 children have created their profiles on the website and the fundraising is looking really good but can we do better?  If you haven't signed up yet, please do.  Even raising just $10 helps us cover the cost of the event materials including the color powders, sunglasses, headbands and a zooper dooper after the run, plus it would help us get to our fundraising goal for the new climbing equipment.  Fundraising even $10 means your child can choose from a range of prizes.

To make it all even more exciting we are going to SLIME SOME TEACHERS, THE VICE PRINCIPAL AND ...........THE PRINCIPAL!   If your child has raised over $30 they can go into the draw to pour a bucket of slime on a teacher, or if they have raised over $100 they go into the draw to slime Ms Murcott or Mr Bradley.  Some of our wonderful teachers are braving the slime all in the name of FUN and FUNDRAISING so let's make the most of it!

P&F are holding a Sausage sizzle from 3pm on the day of color run. Bring along a picnic rug and make an afternoon of it. There may even be something special to see at the end.....just wait and see..... We are selling sausages, zooper doopers, primas and soft drinks. All students receive a zooper dooper after they have run, but additional zooper doopers can be purchased for siblings too! Maybe it can save us all cooking dinner when we get home with our tired and messy kids.

Pre Order online through My School Connect to save the kids carrying cash. We will still take cash on the day but can't guarantee availability.

Our roster is set up for all different types of help, and there are still some spaces, so please look through and see if there is something you or your family can help with.  Roster can be found here:  

• Get your white t-shirt or special outfit ready.  
• Sunglasses and headbands will be handed out by teachers on the day
• Fundraise, fundraise, fundraise, even just a little to help pay for this amazing event
• Order your snacks on My School Connect
• Pack a towel or garbage bag to transport some grubby kids home on the day
• Bring along a picnic rug and join us for a great afternoon

**Final Events for the year**

• Tracy Lynch Family Photography weekend - Sat 16th & Sun 17th Nov - there are still a few bookings available on Saturday and Sunday.  Only $15 per booking with discounted packages available. • Christmas Carols Night Fun - we are trying something new this year.  Soon students will come home with a paper gift bag and we are making our own Xmas Mystery Bag stall. Remember the old fashioned Mystery Jar events, but without the glass! We'd love lots of families to join in, have the children choose what they'd like to go into the bag and return to school.  On Carols night we will sell these bags 'lucky dip style'.  You never know what surprises you might get!  To make it extra exciting our P&F team have sourced some very cool donations, so these will be scattered in some of the bags too.
