Congratulations to our outstanding music ensemble students who performed at the Music Festival last Thursday evening. Your dedication and talent make us incredibly proud. A huge thank you to our Performing Arts staff, tutors and accompanists for your contribution and care for our students.
Choral Workshop Masterclass
We are excited to share a wonderful opportunity for our students.
The Orange Male Voice Choir is hosting a Choral Workshop Masterclass led by renowned Australian composer and conductor Paul Jarman. This practical and interactive workshop is designed to support young singers in developing their vocal skills and confidence.
The session will include:
- Vocal warm-ups
- Repertoire selection
- Performance techniques
- Stage presence
This workshop is suitable for high school students, as well as adult choral members.

Orange Can Assist
On Sunday, 31 May, the beautiful Whiteley family farm brought the community together in memory of Mrs Rebecca Whiteley and in support of the Orange Can Assist branch.
Kinross Wolaroi Year 10 Music students, Annabelle M and Daniel R were among the talented locals who generously volunteered their time, filling the afternoon with warm and vibrant performances. Both shared how honoured they felt to support such a meaningful cause and reflected on the lasting impact Mrs Whiteley had on their time in the Junior School.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of attendees, over $15,000 was raised to support local families navigating the cancer journey. The overwhelming support was a testament to the remarkable person Mrs Whiteley was. Her warmth, compassion and unwavering dedication to others touched countless lives, and her legacy continues to inspire all who knew her.
Congratulations to everyone involved in this special event.
