Dear Families,
I hope you are all staying well and fighting off the winter bugs. Our school attendance has continued to stay above 91% which is outstanding. Well done on keeping well!
The excitement levels have reach fever pitch in Foundation, Yr 1 and Yr 2, with our daily excursion to Jets Gym. Thank you to Mrs Woods for her organisation, and to our classroom teachers for their energy and enthusiasm at this time of the term.
Thank you to the band 'Holy Smoke' (and Mr Kershaw and Mrs Scott) for a brilliant Break 2 concert today! You are amazing!

Reports
End of Semester reports will be released on Monday 22nd June 4pm via PAM. Each report is written specifically for your child based on their academic achievements, social interactions and areas of challenge. Please take the time to read your child's report with them.
Term 3 Learning Conversations
Bookings are now open for Term 3 Learning Conversations. Please ensure that you have read your child's end of semester report prior to this meeting as this will drive the conversation.
End of Term
Thank you to everyone for another great term. Our children have worked so hard and are achieving many excellent results, not just academically but on the sporting fields, in the playground, with a big reduction in behaviour incidents, and in their social interactions, particularly in the way they enter school and interact with each other.
Movie Night
Thank you to the Community Collective for organising this beautiful community event and thank you to those who have already donated snacks to be sold at the event. Please refer to the Community Collective page on the newsletter for more information.
Principal's Award
This week's recipients are:
Milie, Alan, Henric and Anhadbir, for outstanding student growth in either Maths or Reading. Well done on your hard work, resilience when learning is tough and the willingness to have a go!

Bendigo Advertiser
Our fabulous Foundation students made it into today's edition of the Bendigo Advertiser, with some even featuring on the front page!
What a wonderful way to celebrate their first year of Primary School learning and achievements. We are so proud of them and the enthusiasm they bring to our school community.

School Hours (Repeat)
Please note that the schoolyard is unsupervised before 8:30 am. There are still many children on the grounds prior to this time and there is no teacher on duty.
For the safety of your children, I ask that they are not dropped off at school before 8:30am.
Mobile Phone and Smartwatch Reminder (Repeat)
A reminder to families that all ‘smart’ devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, must be handed to teachers first thing in the morning when students arrive at school. These devices are then securely stored for the duration of the school day and returned to students at dismissal time.
This practice supports a focused learning environment and aligns with our school and diocesan policies. We appreciate your ongoing support in reinforcing this expectation with your children.
